Capacity
How much your company can bill with the structure it already has, without hiring anyone. The output is a number: billing capacity, delivery capacity, how much sits idle and the real ceiling.

São Paulo · Service businesses
The first initiative dedicated to high-growth service SMEs. We draw the most out of the capacity your company already pays for every month — without hiring anyone and without adding a single line to your fixed costs.
Professional track record of the founder. These are not clients or partners of Revant.
01 — The thesis
When revenue stalls, the natural move is to look for someone who brings more people in: an agency, paid traffic, more content. It is what everyone recommends, and it is not foolish — it is simply out of order.
Marketing amplifies what already exists. If the offer is mispriced, if the sale lives in the founder's head and if half the installed capacity is idle, more traffic does not become more revenue: it becomes more opportunity leaking through the same hole, now with a cost per lead attached. That is why acquisition is Stage 04 of our method, not Stage 01.
“I have already spent on agencies and paid traffic. Movement came, revenue did not.”
“I cannot say, thirty days ahead, how much I will bill.”
“Almost every new client comes from a referral — and referrals cannot be controlled.”
“The sale lives in my head. Nobody but me closes a proposal.”
02 — The first measurement
Every month you carry capacity you do not use: people, hours and operation already leaving your account. Almost no service business has ever calculated what that could bill.
This is Stage 01, and it is usually the most uncomfortable — because it turns a feeling into a number. No one climbs a mountain without knowing how much breath they have.
In use Idle
Conceptual illustration of Stage 01. The real proportion is measured against the numbers of your own operation.
03 — Where the system comes from
In results generated inside Santander Global, Itaú, IFC and Zurich.
Building commercial structure inside large corporate environments.
Stages in the system: capacity, offer, process and acquisition.
Clients at a time, maximum. Whoever runs the diagnostic is the one who implements.
04 — The method
01
How much your company can bill with the structure it already has, without hiring anyone. The output is a number: billing capacity, delivery capacity, how much sits idle and the real ceiling.
02
How much you should charge and how to present it so you stop competing on price. Cost, margin and ticket are reviewed, and the entry offer, the core offer and the upsell are designed.
03
Your sale written down, measured and transferable: a defined funnel, routines, outreach and closing scripts, targets by stage and your people trained to run it without you.
04
Where opportunities come from when referrals are not enough: channels prioritized by cost and effectiveness, with a strategy per channel and campaigns running.
05 — Where it starts
“In the diagnostic I work with what you tell me. To work with your real numbers, I have to go inside your operation.” Marcos Macedo · Founder
06 — Who does the work
There is no account manager, no service desk and no junior analyst in between. Whoever runs the diagnostic is the one who writes the process, trains your people and sits in the meeting every two weeks. That is why there are three simultaneous clients — not thirty.
A consultancy that designs the process, hands over the slides and leaves solves nothing. The work ends with the process running.
The CRM is proprietary, with WhatsApp integrated and a targets dashboard. One year included, and it remains yours afterwards.
Three months of implementation and three of follow-up, with meetings every two weeks. Enough time for the process to hold.
Sixty minutes, at no cost and with no commitment. You leave with your commercial bottleneck mapped — whether we work together afterwards or not.
